Living Free Ministries is thrilled to announce the grand opening of their fourth retail location, “Redefined”, located conveniently next door to the Mebane Thrift Store. Focused on updating vintage items, this store will produce hand-crafted furniture, home decor, and more.
Living Free Ministries established a residential drug and alcohol regeneration program for men in 2010, and has grown to the capacity for 31 men. The heartbeat of Living Free has always been to extend the opportunity of hope to anyone living in hopelessness. Mary’s House is a way to reach women in our community and beyond who are battling life-controlling issues, including addiction, depression, anxiety, and other traumatic experiences. The new Redefined store will give men and women in these programs the opportunity to bring new life to store products as they are being redefined through growing relationships with one another and Christ.
The grand opening of Redefined will be Thursday, July 18th at 510 W. Center St., Mebane, NC. Upon opening, Redefined will be open Thursday-Friday with operating hours of 10AM-5PM, and Saturdays from 10AM-4PM.
“We are so excited about opening this store and giving our residents an opportunity to explore their creativity and at the same time generate revenue that support their stay at Living Free and Mary’s House, as their care is at no cost to them,” Founder Christie Doss said. “Our heart is that as each project is in the process of being redefined from trash to treasure, each resident is reminded of the amazing love Jesus has for them.”
