Eagles come home with awards, honors from regional competition

The Eastern Alamance High School marching band competed in its second competition of the fall semester this past weekend, as the students made their way to Clayton High School for an event featuring a total of 13 schools from all over the region. The Eagles performed well once again, earning First Place overall in the competition for Visual, and Third Place in three different categories - Percussion, Music, and General Effect.

The Eastern Alamance High School marching band competed in its second competition of the fall semester this past weekend, as the students made their way to Clayton High School for an event featuring a total of 13 schools from all over the region. 

The Eagles performed well once again, earning First Place overall in the competition for Visual, and Third Place in three different categories - Percussion, Music, and General Effect. It was yet another solid performance for this dedicated and hard-working group of students, led by Band Director Ben Crotts. This week, the Eagles are working in preparation for this Friday night’s Homecoming performance, along with additional team competitions later to come this fall.
