TV heist leads to arrest of two local residents

On Friday November 13, 2020, Alamance County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of larceny on Crawford Rd. in southern Alamance County. On arrival, Deputies spoke with the victim who reported a 60” television was missing. The television was valued at $1,600. During the investigation, Deputies discovered the television had been pawned at a local pawn shop for $130. Further investigation developed two suspects, Meghan Pierce and Joshua Golden. The television was recovered from the pawn shop and returned to the victim. The pawn shop has also been added as a victim.
